Lee S is the founder of SIRS Group, with over 27 years’ experience in security, defence, and compliance. He has managed operations both in New Zealand and internationally, including high-risk environments and government protection, trained teams at every level, and developed extensive global contacts within the security sector.
He now focuses on creating high-quality training programmes and career workshops, helping security professionals—new and experienced—develop practical skills and advance their careers.
Andrew G brings 17 years of military and police experience, including specialist operations, armed response, and intelligence work. He has led security and intelligence teams internationally, trained forces in high-risk environments, and conducted complex investigations across Asia and the Middle East.
A Tier 1 police trainer and licensed private investigator, Andrew now focuses on developing practical, intelligence-led training programmes that equip security professionals with the skills to operate safely and effectively in any environment .
Serge brings over 20 years of experience with the New Zealand Government and six years with SIRS Group, specialising in risk assessment, operational planning, and high-stakes security environments. He has recruited security professionals for government and private companies around the world.
As Security Careers Manager, Serge helps candidates build strong CVs, develop industry-relevant skills, and secure positions across the security sector. He holds degrees in Engineering and Business Management and is highly skilled in martial arts and self-defence.
